Create your own team of advisors. Your team will include a financial planner, a finance broker, solicitor, accountant, and a property advocate. Make sure your team have your interests at heart and agree on the overall strategy. After understanding your personal circumstances and careful consideration, your team will tailor advice specifically for you on structures, financing options, legalities, tax obligations, asset selection and disposal, and ongoing property management.
